La patronne passe son temps et insiste lourdement à vouloir vendre des prestations supplémentaires (onglerie, esthétique...) et nous fait attendre plus d’une heure si on refuse. On ne devient plus prioritaire. Lors d’un rdv la Climatisation était en panne chaleur étouffante le plafond éventré des mouches .... Et au final prestation très moyen pour des mèches et coupe de cheveux Sans parler du prix très très élevé sans facture juste prix global indiqué à l’oral par la patronnne 70€ !!! Quand on lui demande des explications sur le prix puisque notre cousine n’a pas le même prix pour des prestations identiques Bafouille ... incapable de nous faire une facture écrite et de nous expliquer clairement le prix bref on veut payer en carte bleue Refuse demande qu’on aille à la banque pour payer en espèces ! Ce que l’on a fait. Salon à éviter ! Salon to avoid. Deixou mo muito tempo na descoloração, e queimou-mo, e eu não pago para me estragarem o meu cabelo. Passei a tarde inteira e não fez nada de jeito. Penso reclamar. You did not do what you asked!
