I just left this completely dissatisfied establishment I paid 12 € to make eyebrow and fluff where they left me a hole in the middle of the eyebrow and hair on the fluff ie it seems like it was not recommend even pay 6 € to do eyebrow and fluff not back

Pela segunda vez é feita uma marcação pelo telefone e quando me desloco às instalações a mesma não é cumprida por não anotamento na agenda ou por falha de comunicação entre funcionários. Desculpas dadas a querer despachar e sem terem o cuidado de tentar procurar uma solução para um cliente que se deslocou de propósito e para nada. Péssimo. Não recomendo.
Terrible telephone and face-to-face service. For the second time, an appointment is made over the phone and when I go to the premises, it is not fulfilled due to not taking note of the schedule or due to lack of communication between employees. Apologies given to wanting to get rid of and not being careful to try to find a solution for a client who moved on purpose and for nothing. Terrible. I do not recommend.
