★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact that an international giant such as the BMW Group does not take any form of international (European) forms of payment (cards, etc...) aside from the Portuguese one, is an absolute joke...
This, in one of the most international neighbourhoods in Lisbon no less!
My solutions... open a Portuguese bank account, whilst on holiday, just to have my car serviced or... walk around with a pocket full of cash like a kardashian.
Money and time wasted.
Lady at the Reception was near useless. Poor customer service.
Providing me with no solutions whatsoever as she didn't seem to care at all about my predicament.

At the end the car didn't pass the annual review because of one front lights was not correctly setup. Once this happened went to the garage to see if someone could fine tune the light and no one was available... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all my shedule appointment, after arriving on time, I had to wait an additional 15 to 25 minutes at the reception desk. I also had to wait 25 minutes mjy car to be delevered after payment! This guys just have no respect for one's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BMW seller shop is cool. Redesigned just a couple of months ago, very stylish and appealing. The cars on display are awesome.
The drop of process for leaving a car to repair can take quite some time however. This process could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My BMWX3 was taken there after a crash on 22 December . The insurance said it was a right off. Because of lock down I was unable to get there to take the remaining things out of my car so I telephoned Caetano Baveira in Expo area asking them to take out my things and keep them for me on a number of occasions especially when the insurance was resolved and the car was about to be taken away and they assured me that they would. I was able to go there yesterday at last to collect the things and when I arrived was told by whom I would consider very very arrogant men in the reception who seemed to know about my car without me even having to tell them the registration that the insurance company would have my things not them. If I’d known that I’d have asked a friend to do me a favor and go there and get my things. It’s quite a long way from where I live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will gladly sell you a car, but when it comes to service and repairs they are the absolute worst. Terrible craftsmanship and incredible arrogance. I have driven BMW’s for decades and this is the absolute worst service experience I have encountered with any BMW dealer. They ruined my car. An absolute shame to the BMW brand.
And no, I will not send you an e-mail. You had numerous opportunities to make this right. Unfortunately, your management chose to act like complete juveniles and refuse to take any responsibility for the issues directly caused by the severe incompetence within your organization. I am embarrassed on your behalf.
Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from these clowns at Caetano Baviera. You’ll be glad you did.
