★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fim da 1ª semana de Janeiro, encomendei um frise que fica por cima da roda traseira (do lado dt) para um BMW X1 . Expliquei que era o frise que apanha o pára choque, o guarda lamas e a porta traseira da viatura. Na terça feira quando fui buscar vi que o frise era para a porta da frente: nada a ver.
Voltei a reforçar o pedido e na sexta feira vou novamente a Faro levantar a peça e por incrível era o frise da parte da frente. Aborrecida como não podia deixar de ser , fez novo pedido e hoje dia 24/01 tive novamente que me dirigir a Faro para poder levantar o frise para poder entregar ao cliente.
Resumindo . Sr. Bruno Gonçalves , se não sabe identificar uma peça pergunte aos colegas ....
At the end of the 1st week of January, I ordered a frieze that is above the rear wheel (on the dt side) for a BMW X1 . I explained that it was the frize that catches the bumper, the mudguard and the rear door of the vehicle. On Tuesday, when I went to pick it up, I saw that the frieze was for the front door: nothing to do with it.
I reinforced the order again and on Friday I'm going to Faro again to pick up the piece and, amazingly, it was the frieze on the front. Annoyed as I could not help but be, she made another order and today, 24/01, I had to go to Faro again to be able to pick up the frize to be able to deliver to the customer.
Summing up . Mr. Bruno Gonçalves, if you don't know how to identify a piece, ask your colleagues....
