★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda visita e ambas para peritagens por sinistros. Do primeiro sinistro, continuo com o veiculo por reparar , muito embora a Companhia Seguros tenha assumido a responsabilidade à cerca de um mês. Penso que dentro de 1 semana farão a reparação (pelo menos está marcada para essa data). Só irei partilhar opinião, quando ambas as reparações forem executadas !
 Second visit and both for claims inspections. From the first accident, I still have the vehicle to be repaired, even though Companhia Seguros assumed responsibility for about a month. I think that within 1 week they will make the repair (at least it is scheduled for that date). I will only share my opinion when both repairs are carried out!

As instalações encontram-se em obras neste momento e estão alojados numa tenda, mas com condições para o bom atendimento.
Friendly and attentive salespeople to customer requests.
The facilities are under construction at the moment and are housed in a tent, but with conditions for good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após várias tentativas via telefone para marcar revisão para uma CLA, consegui chegar à fala com alguém que informou não ser possível agendar naquele momento, ficando com o meu contacto para posteriormente me ligar para o agendamento da revisão. Passou uma semana sem que alguém me tivesse contactado.
Após uma semana, dirigi-me pessoalmente à Caetano por forma a marcar definitivamente a revisão.
Com algum custo lá fui atendido por um funcionário que me indicou estar muito ocupado!!
Depois de alguma espera, indicou-me que teria que ficar com os meus dados e os dados da viatura para agendar a revisão mais tarde, ficando este de me contactar.
Passaram mais duas semanas sem que alguém me tivesse contactado!!
É lamentavel que um grupo com esta dimensão, empurre os clientes para a concorrência por falta de atendimento aos clientes!!
Não recomendo. Péssimo e nada prestigiante serviço.
After several attempts over the phone to schedule a review for a CLA, I managed to reach a conversation with someone who informed that it was not possible to schedule an appointment at that time, keeping my contact to later call me to schedule the review. A week has gone by without anyone having contacted me.
After a week, I personally went to Caetano in order to definitively schedule the review.
At some cost there I was attended by an employee who told me that he was very busy!!
After some waiting, he told me that he would have to keep my data and the vehicle's data to schedule the service later, and he would contact me.
Two more weeks went by without anyone contacting me!!
It is unfortunate that a group of this size pushes customers to the competition for lack of customer service!!
I do not recommend. Terrible and unremarkable service.
