The food is gorgeous, very tasty and well made. I absolutely loved the pizzas, the codfish cakes and the lemon pie in particular. The decorations is beautiful and very welcoming, the tables outside is the perfect spot to spend the afternoon drinking cold beers and eating codfish cakes (pastel de bacalhau).
The staff are super nice and warm towards their customers, I love the eye contact when they are talking to you and how engaging all of them are.
I would 100% recommend this place and I will certainly come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following a 6-month face-lift, this iconic café was reopened two months ago. An inviting ambience. A wide variety of delicacies, ranging from cottage-made chocolates and ice-creams to traditional pastry that has been a legacy from nuns who lived in convents. Kind staff. Fairly high prices. Good service. Tasty pizzas and assorted salads.
