★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos uma reserva com 1 semana de antecedência para 1 cozido à portuguesa e posta à mirandesa e um dia antes pedi batatas a acompanhar sem ser fritas numa da 3 dose e foi-me negado telefonicamente, contudo fizemos questão de lá ir pois tinham falado ao meu sogro que o restaurante do "Alcides" comíamos um bom cozido à portuguesa, mas confesso que tal não foi assim pois estava incompleto o cozido e de não oferecer batatas à murro foi parte de um mau atendimento satisfação ao cliente.
A empregada de mesa foi simpática e estive sempre presente contudo são os pequenos pormenores que estou certo que se pode melhorar nesta bela região.
We made a reservation 1 week in advance for 1 Portuguese stew and Mirandesa and the day before I asked for potatoes to accompany without being fried in one of the 3 portions and I was denied by phone, however we insisted on going there because they had spoken to my father-in-law that the restaurant at "Alcides" ate a good Portuguese stew, but I confess that this was not the case because the stew was incomplete and not offering mashed potatoes was part of poor customer satisfaction.
The waitress was friendly and I was always present, however it is the small details that I am sure can be improved in this beautiful region.
