Fui visitar uma amiga próximo a este local e decidir tomar um café enquanto a esperava.
Entrei no café as 18.40 e a senhora gritou que já estava fechado, nem ao menos deu boa tarde.
O problema principal é que indica horario de fecho as 19h.
Após um tempo, minha amiga disse que a fama das senhoras que trabalham ao balcão é de serem mesmo mal educadas e rudes com as pessoas.
Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma.
Precisam fazer um curso sobre atendimento ao cliente.
Terrible service/reception!
I went to visit a friend near this place and decided to have a coffee while waiting for her.
I went into the cafe at 6.40 pm and the lady shouted that it was already closed, she didn't even say good afternoon.
The main problem is that it indicates the closing time at 19:00.
After a while, my friend said that the reputation of the ladies who work at the counter is for being really rude and rude to people.
I don't recommend it at all.
They need to take a course in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been talking about the horrible experience that I have had with this coffee shop for the past few years to everyone I know. Today I decided that I should probably write a review.
This is the worst place in terms of customer service that I have EVER been to. One Star is too much but I have no choice.
A few years ago we stayed at the hotel across the street and we went to have coffee after dinner and they were cleaning up. Even though the hours posted at the front said they were only closing in an hour.
They wouldn't serve my family and I or let me pay for take out to have back at our hotel.
Very Rude.
