★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até parece agradável, e com atendimento a condizer; mas uma pastelaria que, às 17h30m apresenta as vitrinas já desoladoramente vazias de bos ou do que quer que seja, dificilmente nos convida a lá ficar. Qu pena !...
It even looks nice, and with matching service; but a pastry shop that, at 5:30 p.m., features the already desolatingly empty shop windows of bos or whatever, hardly invites us to stay there. How pitiful! ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quando da minha estada em Portalegre frequentei esta pastelaria ja no final da tarde/ inicio da noite e o atendimento era deficitário e só depois percebi que se aproximava a hora de encerrar e a maneira airosa de informar os clientes era ir correndo as persianas e fechando as luzes a ponto de ficar o minimo acesso. Não sei se as funcionárias tinham algum problema em falar.....
during my stay in Portalegre I frequented this pastry shop in the late afternoon/early evening and the service was deficient and only then did I realize that the closing time was approaching and the graceful way to inform customers was to run the blinds and close the lights to the point of getting the minimum access. I don't know if the employees had any problem talking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafetería con mucho encanto. Una atención excelente. Un café e infusiones muy ricas. Gran variedad de dulces y tartas caseras deliciosas. Muy recomendable si estás por el centro de Portalegre.
Cafeteria with a lot of charm. Excellent attention A coffee and very rich infusions. Great variety of delicious homemade cakes and sweets. Highly recommended if you are in the center of Portalegre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly large café with a good terrace. Staff is friendly, but does not seem to understand English very well, so it's mostly communicating via gestures. Food takes very long to arrive, but is good and reasonably priced. They have large and clean toilets.
