Mais de 40min, praticamente sozinho enquanto cliente, neste balcão para atualizar a assinatura junto desta instituição.
Entretanto chega um casal de reformados, às 13h45, porque tinha uma "marcação" para as 14h e são logo atendidos...
Atualizar uma assinatura leva mais de 15min?
São precisos 40min para atender um cliente numa hora de almoço?
Disgraceful service.
More than 40 minutes, practically alone as a customer, at this counter to update the subscription with this institution.
However, a retired couple arrives at 1:45 pm, because they had an "appointment" for 2 pm and they are soon attended...
Updating a subscription takes longer than 15min?
