We made a deed there and after almost 2 months we still haven't received the contract, nobody says anything and it's a shame

Impressive, ten people in line, two employees at the checkouts and despite complaining, only one attends. Average service time, ten minutes per person. Ridiculous waiting time. Woe to anyone who needs to go to this counter

Uma única funcionária a atender no interior, fila de oito pessoas.
Impressionante até onde se pode chegar com o mau serviço prestado!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were helpful but the problem is that there are not enough people working there. in addition to that the way they are handling the situation about social distancing and other measure is not really effective. The interphase where they perform the service on, does not seems to work well. As in my case the operator had to restart the computer and it was not very convenient.
