Bad service, time consuming and without staff. At lunch time there are two people at the counter.

O período de mais afluência, é entre as 12:00h e as 13:00h, maior parte dos clientes vai ao balcão nessa hora, derivado ao seu período de almoço, é quando à mais pessoas para atender. Foi o meu caso, estive 01:30 à espera e acabei por não ser atendido e regressar no dia seguinte.
All banking entities open at 8:30 am and close at 3:00 pm to the public. The busiest period, is between 12:00 and 13:00, most customers go to the counter at that time, derived from their lunch period, when there are more people to attend. It was my case, I was waiting for 1:30 and ended up not being attended and returning the next day.
