A empresa pura e simplesmente está-se nas tintas para os direitos do consumidor. Trocar na hora um produto defeituoso ou ser reembolsado está fora de questão, mesmo que a lei de defesa do consumidor a isso obrigue. Mais uma empresa que se julga acima da lei! If you have problems with a purchase, get ready for annoyances because the store has no autonomy to resolve. The company simply does not care for consumer rights. Replacing a defective product on time or getting a refund is out of the question, even if the consumer protection law requires it. Another company that thinks it is above the law!

M	Miguel C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No final de Dezembro de 2020 adquiri umas botas na Guimarães em Évora. No dia 20 de Janeiro, constatei que ambas as botas estavam descoladas nas laterais. Como todo o comércio estava encerrado devido à pandemia do Covid-19, e após contacto por mail, foi-me transmitido que assim que a loja abrisse, poderia proceder à troca, pois devido à pandemia, todos os prazos das trocas teriam sido adiados durante o tempo em que as lojas estivessem encerradas. A autorização para abertura dá-se no dia 19 de Abril e, no dia 24 desloco-me à loja, tendo sido informado que o que podiam fazer era efectuar uma reclamação, ao que acedi, deixando também lá as botas. Quase 15 dias depois… nada! Nem se dignam a responder aos meus e-mails. Nada justificam. Tratamento e compostura lamentável! Continuo a aguardar e vou até às ultimas consequências! At the end of December 2020 I bought some boots at Guimarães in Évora. On the 20th of January, I noticed that both boots were unstuck on the sides. As all trade was closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and after contacting me by email, I was told that as soon as the store opened, I could proceed with the exchange, because due to the pandemic, all the terms of the exchanges would have been postponed for the time when the stores were closed. The authorization for opening is given on the 19th of April and, on the 24th, I go to the store, having been informed that what they could do was to make a complaint, to what I accessed, leaving the boots there too. Almost 15 days later ... nothing! They don't even deign to reply to my emails. They justify nothing. Regrettable treatment and composure! I continue to wait and go to the last consequences!
