Undoubtedly the best place for anyone who wants to learn calisthenics or improve their physical and mental shape. The teacher is amazing, the classes are challenging and adapted to the level of each student and the atmosphere is always excellent and with good energy.

Uma sugestão de melhoria é haver aulas um pouco mais longas e no futuro ser possível haver mais aulas e até o livre trânsito pelos equipamentos tal como num ginásio, penso até que estas duas últimas sugestões já fazem parte dos planos da academia.
Great space for those who want to evolve in calisthenics. A suggestion for improvement is to have a little longer classes and in the future it will be possible to have more classes and even free movement through the equipment as in a gym, I even think that these last two suggestions are already part of the gym's plans.
