It has the usual quality of the Calzedonia Group. The service is usually good. Parking is at the Vasco da Gama Shopping Center itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atendimento, sem paciência para responder as clientes. Perguntei se tinha parte de cima de triângulo do biquíni e disse “SÓ TEMOS O QUE TÁ AQUI”, perguntei se ainda havia no site o biquíni e disse “NÃO”, tudo em tom rude (fui o site e ainda tem)! Treinar as atendentes seria bom.
Poor service, no patience to respond to customers. I asked if there was a triangle top on the bikini and said “WE ONLY HAVE WHAT'S HERE”, I asked if the bikini was still on the site and said “NO”, all in a rude tone (I went to the site and still have it)! Training the attendants would be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento das funcionárias que só querem vender que só falta obrigarem-nos a comprar os produtos. Falta de profissionalismo e simpatia, a conversarem como se estivessem em casa.
Não recomendo! Uma marca destas devia ter mais cuidado na selecção dos colaboradores, pois são eles que dão a cara por vocês!
Terrible service from employees who just want to sell that all they need to do is force us to buy the products. Lack of professionalism and friendliness, talking as if they were at home.
I do not recommend! A brand like this should be more careful in the selection of collaborators, because they are the ones who stand out for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to quickly buy skin socks ,and the employee who attended me, she didn’t even take a moment to ask what I want and she just take the deepest shade and gave me .I told her that I want the other colour and she was like no and always in rush. Very rude and disrespectful.
