★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, super arrogantes ao telefone. Produtos de qualidade duvidosa que chegam aos clientes já com ferrugens e marcas de uso. Quando os produtos dão problemas (com 1 mês de uso) desculpam-se que a garantia não cobre devido ao mau uso...
Mesmo assim fomos dando o benefício da dúvida, mas ao fim da terceira peripécia com essa loja, já é tempo de dizer 'basta'...

Terrible service, super arrogant on the phone. Products of doubtful quality that reach customers already with rust and use marks. When the products give problems (with 1 month of use) they apologize that the warranty does not cover due to misuse...
Even so, we were giving the benefit of the doubt, but at the end of the third adventure with this store, it's time to say 'enough'...
