Aconselho as gentes a optarem por estas práticas, para quem quiser emagrecer e comer bem, oxigenar todo o nosso sistema biológico com ar do campo, emanado pelas plantas e pela terra, em concluo todo o Esplendor da Natureza perto de nós...Como podem ver, só Vantagens.
Desvantagens, estar enquadrado num Ginásio, absorver os ares de todos, lá dentro, ou correr em todas as estradas da cidade absorver exaustivamente todos os poluentes inerentes?
Em suma, contra a lógica é só uma questão de optar....!!!????
