★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very local restaurant. Do not speak English. Seems like the owners are getting a but older then you'd expect, which makes it harder for them to run the place. Amazing view, and good food for good prices. Not vegetarian friendly. The wild boar stew was ok, not a wow. Good salmon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely restaurant nestled in the hills above Santa Catarina. Wild boar and traditional home cooked Portuguese meals. Everything was perfect. Service was friendly and attentive. Ambience and views were so relaxing. Will certainly return to try some more dishes from the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing setting for food. Lunch served until 15:00 and when we turned up at 14:45 (unknown close time) we were still served. Food was amazing, lamb stew and boar were fantastic. Views from the outside terrace make the whole thing even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going to Cantinho da Serra to disconnect from the city. It is a very calm place with an incredible view. Every time I went I asked for the same dish: wild boar stew. It's a good idea to call to reserve a table, as sometimes there is no availability or all dishes have already been sold.
