Ficámos sem almoço depois de ter ligado 1 dia antes a solicitar encomenda de leitão para o dia seguinte para as 13 h.
Qd lá cheguei, eram 12:15 H, estava uma fila enorme e uma funcionária registou a minha chegada. às 13:15 H, informa-me que afinal não tinha registo da minha encomenda. Nem sequer fizeram um esforço para me pedir desculpas....terrível.
Fui buscar comida ao Abilio dos Frangos, pelo menos esses sabem como organizar a sua casa.
Mau demais para ser verdade...perderam um cliente...
At Easter....terrible, bad organization.
We ran out of lunch after calling 1 day earlier to ask for a piglet order for the following day for 1 pm.
When I got there, it was 12:15 PM, there was a huge queue and an employee registered my arrival. at 1:15 pm, he informs me that after all he had no record of my order. They didn't even make an effort to apologize to me....terrible.
I went to get food from Abilio dos Frangos, at least they know how to organize their house.
Too bad to be true...lost a customer...

Piglet with incredible, hot and crispy palate. Super cheap menus for quantity and quality! Super friendly and attentive staff. They allow dogs on the terrace and bring water for them and everything. Service 5 *
