★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent 24 hour veterinary clinic/hospital in an easy to get to location in Caldas da Rainha. The staff are friendly and thorough. The vets take the time to ensure you understand the diagnosis, problem and solution. Great diagnostic skills and most tests can be carried out at the location. They are open 24 hours so if you do have an emergency you have somewhere to go and if your pet does need an overnight stay, you know there is somebody there with them. My one and only complaint are the small and very uncomfortable seats in the waiting area - the windowsill is more comfortable. Sometimes you are sat for a while - more comfy seats would make the visit so much easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean facilities, wonderful staff, Portuguese/English-speaking doctors, have never had a problem being seen almost right away as a walk-in. Whether it’s been a check up for my cat or a nail trimming for my dog, I trust my pets in the care of this clinic. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding veterinary hospital, the best staff, the best equipment, the best care. They really care for the patients like they were their own family. Dra Sophia seems to be always there, no matter what day or time I visit!
Sometimes it can take a while to get a call back on the phone from a doctor if you want to check something without visiting the hospital. But this is because they are so popular and so busy attending to their patients, so they have their priorities right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom could not pay attention to what the vet was saying because apparently he is the most handsome man she's ever seen? Really friendly too. Apparently he is very knowledgeable as well, as my dog recovered quickly. We were not sure what we were doing, because she could not remember his instructions, but everything is fine! She's better!
