Small chapel worth visiting for the tiles and the interior. Legend has it that it was built in the shed where St. Anthony stayed overnight on his pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A capela é de estilo neoclássico e situa-se nas imediações do que resta da antiga estrada romana Porto/Braga. Foi construída nos finais do sec. XVIII e segundo a lenda resultante de inúmeras esmolas deixadas por peregrinos que por aqui pernoitavam durante as viagens de fé que faziam a Santiago de Compostela. Teve ao longo dos tempos vários restauros sendo que um dos mais profundos foi o acrescentar da sua torre sineira bem como a incorporação de azulejos na sua fachada que datam do ano de 1956.
The chapel is neoclassical in style and is located in the vicinity of what remains of the old Roman road Porto/Braga. It was built in the late sec. XVIII and according to the legend resulting from countless alms left by pilgrims who spent the night here during their faith journeys to Santiago de Compostela. It has had several restorations over time, one of the most profound being the addition of its bell tower as well as the incorporation of tiles on its façade dating from 1956.
