É por isso que embora sendo do centro continuo a dar preferência á Capitania de Lisboa
I must praise the service provided by Mr. Albano Gonçalves and Mrs. Dª Isabel Nogueira in the service, clarification without forgetting the promptness and professionalism revealed was undoubtedly something rare to find these days.
That is why although being from the center I continue to give preference to the Captaincy of Lisbon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima dedicação ao atendimento por telefone. Passei uma manha inteira a tentar contactar alguem da Capitania do Porto de Lisboa e ninguem me atendeu. Chamadas de 10 minutos cada uma e estão simplesmente a borrifar-se para o maritimo. Imcompetência pura.
Terrible dedication to telephone service. I spent a whole morning trying to contact someone from the Port of Lisbon Captaincy and no one answered me. Calls of 10 minutes each and you're just spraying the sea. Pure incompetence.

Probably the worst experience I've had with services. Non-existent phone service, no response to emails, unresolved issues with delays of 6 months... in short, it's sad
