Na 1a consulta a minha avó com 84 anos, em pleno estado de emergência covid, ficou 1h30 á espera, Cardiologista ANA CAMACHO, prescreveu medicaçao que lhe fez mal, quando fomos falar com a Dra marcaram para uma hora em que a médica nem lá estava, esperamos 3 horas, para uns péssimos 10 min de atendimento.
Dra ANA CAMACHO, cardiologista, foi rude, sem qualquer tato, nem empatia a falar com uma Sra de 84 anos. Não se lembrava da consulta anterior, nem tinha inserido no computador os exames que lhe tinham sido mostrados, nao estava com vontade de explicar, nem esclarecer relativamente aos sintomas da paciente.
Terrible.
In the first consultation my grandmother, 84 years old, in a full state of emergency, was waiting for 1h30, Cardiologist ANA CAMACHO, prescribed medication that was bad for her, when we went to see the doctor, they scheduled for an hour when the doctor wasn't there , we waited 3 hours, for a lousy 10 min of service.
Dr. ANA CAMACHO, cardiologist, was rude, without any tact or empathy when speaking to an 84-year-old woman. He did not remember the previous appointment, nor had he inserted the tests that had been shown to him on the computer, he was not in the mood to explain or clarify in relation to the patient's symptoms.

Incompetence of those who schedule exams. Credential for urgent doppler examination of neck vessels exempt from payment and did not warn that they had no agreement, had to pay 60 €. I had a week to wait.
