Their service has been impresssive.
I am impressed with the Tracking information that follows the purchase.
I am always impressed with the products and am pleased that I have gone to Europe, on line, to make these purchases.
I have been using Care to Beauty products since purchasing them in France over three years ago.
Despite the purchases sitting at Lisbon airport, awaiting a flight, during these COVID times, each of the parcels have been delivered within the month; one even made it within the fortnight.
Well worth waiting for these goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! Ana head of customer service and Marcos Fonseca they did not care about me loosing $250. In products, I bought a Christmas gift for my family, I usually ship everything to my home address in U.S.A. but this time I saw the option to send it directly to Guatemala so I thought this is great option!... Horrible !! In order for my family to get the product they had to deal with Guatemalan customs, get a permit for the products, get the information about every single product, care to beauty did not inform about this Horrible process and high fees involved, care to beauty did not have a clue how to deal with this they sent the required information on February, the product arrived to Guatemala on December 23rd. So before all that when I find out that my family had to do all this process I try to cancel everything and get a refund and Guatemala customs didn't let the product go back to the original shipping address, so care to beauty didn't know that, so because their incompetent service I was stuck with all this problem, I try to get the product but storage fees were $150. Plus taxes $75. I Can't pay all that is like buying the products again. I contact Ana head of customer service from Care to Beauty and did not want to take responsibility of their lack of professionalism with this matter. Did not care that I lost $250. Plus my family didn't get their Christmas gift. A very expensive lesson for me beware find out more if it is your first time sending shipments to another country other than U.S.A. I wanted to escalate this matter but they didn't give me an opportunity to do it.
