Nunca tive problemas são sempre certinhos e fazem um óptimo trabalho. I always use this service, the last time I contacted them they had a call center, formerly each store had a receptionist who answered the phone, now it is centralized. I've never had any problems, they're always straight forward and do a great job.

O serviço foi rápido e muito bem executado sendo que tem uma excelente relação preço/qualidade. Recomendo estes excelentes Profissionais. I resorted to Carglass de Odivelas' headlight polishing service and was very well assisted by a collaborator named David, who is of exemplary sympathy and politeness. The service was fast and very well executed and it has an excellent price/quality ratio. I recommend these excellent professionals.

Fui substituir o para-brisas do meu veiculo no dia 4.2.2022 devido à quebra do mesmo. Quando fui para Levantar o veiculo o Sr. David Alves disse-me de imediato que o vidro novo tinha ficado danificado razão pela qual ficou logo agendada a data para a troca do mesmo, para 18.2.2022. Posto isto, quero enaltecer a; Seriedade, Honestidade, Competencia, Simpatia etc... do Sr. David Alves certamente extensivo aos colaboradores do mesmo. Qualquer pessoa comum nunca se teria apercebido do "defeito" no vidro e certamente teriatrazido o carro sem se aperceber. Pessoas assim são tão raras que a Carglass deve fazer tudo para manter este colaborador nos seus quadros e dar o mesmo como exemplo a todos os funcionarios. Darei o feedback quando colocar o outro vidro do veiculo. Bem haja Fernando Ramalho Ex gentlemen I will briefly report what happened to me at Carglass in Odivelas. I went to replace my vehicle's windshield on 2.4.2022 due to its breakage. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Mr. David Alves immediately told me that the new glass had been damaged, which is why the date for its replacement was immediately scheduled, for 2.18.2022. Having said that, I want to praise; Seriousness, Honesty, Competence, Sympathy etc... of Mr. David Alves certainly extended to his collaborators. Any ordinary person would never have noticed the "defect" in the glass and would certainly have brought the car without realizing it. People like that are so rare that Carglass must do everything to keep this employee on its staff and set an example for all employees. d	d1pereira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incrível faço o depósito do carro com os faróis com uns pequenos riscos na superfície no farol do lado direito , pedi um polimento de faróis para ver se era possível a renovação ( acabar com aqueles pequenos riscos superficiais ) , acabam por aparecer com a máquina da moda para o polimento de faróis tendo os faróis completamente " transparentes sem estarem bacos " com aquela máquina que projecta um tipo de ar quente acabaram por danificar o meu farol esquerdo ficando ele todo fosco , fico estúpido com a resposta de um funcionário para eu reclamar para a carglass .. Não recomendo de todo este tipo de serviço ou outro qualquer nesta casa , que não se responsabiliza por nenhum dano que façam , entretanto o carro está todo marcado não percebo do quê a volta do farol . Ainda saiu um empregado com um comentário , por isso é que eu não faço esse tipo de trabalho ... CARGLASS EU NAO RECOMENDO A MAIS NINGUEM . Incredible I deposit the car with the headlights with some small scratches on the surface in the headlight on the right side , I asked for a headlight polish to see if it was possible to renovate ( get rid of those small surface scratches ) , they end up with the fashion machine for the headlight polishing having the headlights completely " transparent without being dull " with that machine that projects a type of hot air ended up damaging my left headlight , getting it all frosted , I get stupid with the answer of an employee for me to complain to the carglass .. I do not recommend this type of service or any other in this house , which is not responsible for any damage they do , however the car is all marked I do not understand what the turn of the headlight is about . An employee still left with a comment , that 's why I do not do this kind of work ... CARGLASS I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE.
