★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei presencialmente a troca do vidro da frente, dei todos os documentos que me pediram, e mais de duas semanas depois ligaram-me cerca de 20h antes a pedir uma informação que eu só podia obter no dia seguinte, mas que não pediram antes. Expliquei que só a podia obter no dia seguinte e além de desmarcarem a sessão, de forma indelicada ainda tentaram dizer-me que a responsabilidade era minha. Não volto lá obviamente....
I made an appointment to change the front window, I gave all the documents I was asked for, and more than two weeks later they called me about 20h before asking for information that I could only get the next day, but they didn't ask before. I explained that I could only get it the next day and in addition to unchecking the session, they rudely tried to tell me that it was my responsibility. I won't be back there obviously ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para reparar uma pequena quebra e viram que afinal o vidro tinha mais 3 e que ficava quase tanto como um vidro novo. Trataram de tudo com a seguradora e em vez da quebra o vidro foi substituído.
I went to repair a small break and they saw that after all the glass had 3 more and that it was almost as much as a new glass. They took care of everything with the insurance company and instead of breaking the glass, it was replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despois de a carglass central mandar meter um acrílico pelo valor de 15 euros que a minha seguradora pagou colocarão um plástico que ao fim de 5 km nao aguentei com o barulho mas ao menos fizeram alguma coisa.
After the central carglass had an acrylic put in for the amount of 15 euros that my insurance company paid, they will put in a plastic that after 5 km I couldn't stand the noise but at least they did something.
