★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o azar de ter que substituir um vidro há 3 meses. O mesmo ficou com uma peça mal colocada. Quando pedi assistência pois entrou-me muita água no carro encharcando-o todo e estragando o filtro do habitáculo, a simpatia habitual que tinham esvaiu-se.
Têm um serviço pós-venda péssimo. Humildade zero, pois nunca colocam nenhum vidro mal, é surreal este tipo de afirmações para quem está em atendimento ao público.
E ainda acusam terceiros de mexer o vidro!
Humildade e respeito pelo cliente, também fazem parte da boa educação.
I was unlucky enough to have to replace a glass 3 months ago. The same was with a poorly placed piece. When I asked for assistance because a lot of water got into the car, soaking it all up and ruining the cabin filter, the usual friendliness they had drained.
They have terrible after-sales service. Zero humility, as they never put any glass badly, this type of statement is surreal for those who are in attendance to the public.
And they still accuse third parties of moving the glass!
Humility and respect for the client are also part of good education.

Very nice home. We are French and we were able to exchange. Professionalism and kindness. Just 4 stars for a postponed RV. But that does not detract from the quality of this establishment. We recommend.

Agendamentos realizados sem as peças adequadas ao carro, fazendo o cliente voltar a perder tempo 2x e depois das peças chegarem, não as reservaram e venderam-nas de novo antes de conseguir ir lá novamente... Nunca mais... E atendimento rude, como se tivesse culpa de à primeira vez não terem as peças adequadas ao carro...
Very bad management... Scheduling made without the appropriate parts for the car, making the customer lose time twice again and after the parts arrived, they didn't reserve them and sold them again before being able to go there again... Never again. .. And rude service, as if it was my fault for the first time not having the right parts for the car...
