Tem um péssimo serviço e atendimento pela nova gerência.
Não atendem o telefone, não cumprem com o que se comprometem.
Chegam a ser mal educados e a tratarem mal o cliente.
Não recomendo em nada esta empresa, principalmente nas adaptações a carros para deficientes pois nem o processo a entregar no IMT vai como deve ser. É uma carga de trabalhos.
Não deveria ser permitido trabalharem no atendimento ao público.
This company is no longer owned by Mr. Carlos.
It has a terrible service and service by the new management.
They don't answer the phone, they don't do what they've committed to.
They get to be rude and treat the customer badly.
I do not recommend this company at all, especially when adapting to cars for the disabled, as not even the process to be delivered to the IMT goes as it should. It's a load of work.
They should not be allowed to work in public service.
