★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após reclamação varios defeitos no forro exterior, ligam a dizer que o forro de substituição está pronto, quando chego a Carmo para fazer o levantamento do forro verifico que continuo com o mesmo problema, forro partido pela máquina de cintar, forro com fissuras, pigmento do tratamento verde em vez do castanho, e metade da encomenda pronta, a outra metade por fazer e nem sabem quando vão fazer, isto já não se trata de incompetência, trata-se de falta de respeito total pelo cliente.
After claiming several defects in the outer lining, they call to say that the replacement lining is ready, when I arrive in Carmo to survey the lining I find that I still have the same problem, lining broken by the strapping machine, lining with cracks, pigment of the green treatment instead of brown, and half of the order is ready, the other half is not done and they don't even know when they will do it, this is no longer a question of incompetence, it is a question of total lack of respect for the customer.
