★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um cartório para estrangeiros, que pagam e calam porque não têm outra solução. Achei-os muito pouco claros em relação aos montantes a pagar no final de uma escritura, mesmo depois de se confirmar previamente quanto se vai pagar, no final há sempre mais qualquer coisa.
Colaboradores muito arrogantes. Não recomendo nem voltarei.
It is a notary's office for strangers, who pay and keep quiet because they have no other solution. I found them very unclear about the amounts to be paid at the end of a deed, even after confirming in advance how much is going to be paid, in the end there is always more.
Very arrogant collaborators. Would not recommend nor will I return.

Havia demasiados erros na minuta da escritura, que necessitou de várias correções no momento da lavratura (quem a preparou não teve cuidado ao analisar os documentos); os pagamentos dos impostos e demais despesas se deram num hall, sem qualquer privacidade; equívoco de quase mil euros a mais no valor do IMT a pagar (valor informado e valor efetivamente pago). Não bastasse, cobra mais caro pela escritura que outros notários. Há melhor atendimento por custo inferior. Parece-me que há mais preocupação com a aparência do que com a qualidade do serviço.
The service took place after the scheduled time. There were too many errors in the draft of the deed, which required several corrections at the time of writing (whoever prepared it was not careful when analyzing the documents); the payment of taxes and other expenses took place in a hall, without any privacy; mistake of almost a thousand euros more in the amount of the IMT to be paid (amount informed and amount actually paid). Not enough, it charges more for the deed than other notaries. There is better service for a lower cost. It seems to me that there is more concern about appearance than the quality of service.
