The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a Portuguese residential building.
Living room and bedroom is designed with wooden parquet. In the kitchen you will find all the amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, kettle etc.
Also built in is a very good water filter device (reverse osmosis) with a small extra faucet on the sink. This means you do not have to buy water, the water quality is excellent.
On the living room front is a large window, with a view of the green, which can be opened over the entire width of the living room. It almost gives the impression, the whole living room is a balcony.
