Promovida pela Câmara Municipal de Viseu, esta exposição mostra a vida e obra de um dos pioneiros da Arqueologia da região. Neste espaço apresenta-se o Arqueólogo, o investigador, bem como a coleção Arqueológica que ainda hoje é uma referência para o conhecimento da história da região.
The home of the Archaeological Collection viewpoint, José Coelho, is one of the mythical buildings of the City of Viseu, located next to the Cathedral, and houses the Archaeological Estate of José Coelho, an illustrious 20th century intellectual from the state of Ceará. Promoted by the City Council of Viseu, this exhibition shows the life and work of one of the pioneers of Archeology in the region. In this space, the Archaeologist, the researcher, as well as the Archaeological collection that is still a reference for the knowledge of the history of the region are presented.

It's free, has a good archaeological exhibition and a small garden overlooking the city. Sees at 15m. There is a video in the middle of the exhibition that can take a little longer if you want
