Fiz uma encomenda no dia 23 de Setembro, devido à pouca prontidão no envio da encomenda entretanto um dos vinhos por mim encomendados ficou fora de stock, só sou avisado disso no final do dia 1 de Outubro, peço de imediato o cancelamento e respectivo reembolso, hoje dia 7 de Outubro continuo à espera do reembolso... e sem saber de nada, não respondem a mensagens, não justificam atrasos, enfim... nunca tive uma experiência destas, tão má. E já fiz muitas compras em muitas lojas de vinhos, sempre sem problemas.
Be very careful with this store! I placed an order on the 23rd of September, due to the lack of promptness in sending the order, however one of the wines I ordered was out of stock, I am only notified of this at the end of the 1st of October, I ask for immediate cancellation and refund, Today, October 7th, I'm still waiting for a refund... and without knowing anything, they don't respond to messages, they don't justify delays, anyway... I've never had such a bad experience. And I've done a lot of shopping in many wine stores, always without problems.
