O rapaz e super antipático , mandou nos ser rápidos porque tinha gente à espera mas de uma forma super rude .... o meu marido quis comprar o isco fresco ao qual ele tinha bastante exposto ao público e negou se a vender porque disse ele estava reservado sem mais nenhuma palavra ...
para quem tem um negócio aberto ao público deveria ter outro tipo de atitude e saber lidar com o público ....
por que não ter mais produto não só as reservas que lhe são pedidas ou ter informado simpaticamente que quando precisássemos puderia nos lhe ligar e encomendar ou então não ter esse produto exposto ao qual já estava reservado ....
enfim .... quem não saber manter um negócio não se pode esperar mais ....
Lousy service ... after having spent over 400 euros on fishing equipment in this store, we were never well served.
The boy and super obnoxious, told us to be quick because there were people waiting but in a super rude way .... my husband wanted to buy the fresh bait that he had exposed to the public a lot and refused to sell it because he said he was booked without another word ...
for those who have a business open to the public, they should have another type of attitude and know how to deal with the public ....
why not have more product not only the reservations you are asked for or to have kindly informed that when we needed it we could call and order it or else not have that product exposed to which it was already reserved ....
Anyway ... those who do not know how to maintain a business cannot wait any longer ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima winkeltje als je weet wat je nodig hebt en het even snel afhaalt, service is verschrikkelijk, personeel is alles behalve hulpzaam en vriendelijk. Mijn vriendin werd gevraagd om de winkel te verlaten omdat er andere mensen stonden te wachten, zo ga je niet met klanten om geloof ik.
Great little shop if you know what you need and pick it up quickly, service is terrible, staff is anything but helpful and friendly. My girlfriend was asked to leave the store because there were other people waiting, I don't think that's how you treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not helpful at all, unfriendly service today unfortunately, no eye contact , no interest in costumer, during all the wandering in the shop the sales lady was on her phone and when I asked “ could you be kind to help my boy for a fishing stuff, she just said that she won’t help because she didn’t speak English, which is just fine but we could find a way...therefore drove 20 Kms further ... silly
