Al recibirnos nos dijo donde aparcar el coche y donde dejar la llave al irnos. Despues se despidió diciendo que el apartamento se calentaría en un ratito. Al entrar al salón lo entendimos. La chimenea está de adorno pues no hay leña y sólo hay un minúsculo calefactor para toda la casa.
Además el muro de la fachada rezuma humedad.
Si no quiere gastar dinero en calentar la casa no debería alquilarla en invierno.
Well located and recently renovated. Joao speaks neither Spanish nor English.
Upon receiving us, he told us where to park the car and where to leave the key when we left. Then he said goodbye saying that the apartment would heat up in a little while. Upon entering the room we understood. The fireplace is decorative as there is no firewood and there is only a tiny heater for the whole house.
In addition, the facade wall oozes moisture.
If you don't want to spend money on heating the house, you shouldn't rent it in winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene muy buena ubicación aunque todo el apartamento de la zona es de pago. En general bastante limpio excepto por el olor a humedad y restos de pan en la tostadora. Relación calidad-precio buena.
It has a very good location although the entire apartment in the area is paid. In general quite clean except for the musty smell and traces of bread in the toaster. Value for money good.
