Nous l avons fait remarqué au jardinier présent qui nous a dit que dans 1h elle serait propre. 1h plus tard la personne représentant la société villa dumas et la propriétaire estiment que la piscine est propre alors que le jardinier nous a certifié qu' il n a pas pu la nettoyer pendant 15 jours ( les anciens locataires ne le souhaitaient pas ) , et que le flitre était bloqué à cause de serviettes que les anciens locataires auraient jeté dans la piscine. Cela fait 10 ans que nous louons des villas l été ( Espagne ou Portugal) nous n avons jamais eu un tel accueil. Nous avons donc demande des explications. La propritaire et la personne de la société ont été de mauvaise foi en essayant de nous faire croire que la piscine était tout le temps dans cet état, que c est nous qui souhaitions simplement avoir une réduction!! Ils nous ont mis un ultimatum: Soit nous reprenons notre acompte et nous nous en allons Soit nous payons et nous restons toute la semaine avec un piscine dans le même état. Aucune autre solution nous a été proposé!! Excédé, nous avons récupéré notre acompte et nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue!! Nous avons du dormir dans nos voiture ( avec 4 enfants !!). A fuir absolument !! If I could, I would have put 0 stars. When we got to the villa. The pool was very dirty. We pointed it out to the gardener present who told us that in 1 hour it would be clean. 1 hour later the person representing the villa dumas company and the owner consider that the swimming pool is clean while the gardener has certified us that he could not clean it for 15 days (the former tenants did not wish it), and that the fliter was blocked because of towels the former tenants allegedly threw in the pool. We have been renting summer villas for 10 years (Spain or Portugal) and we have never had such a reception. We therefore asked for explanations. The owner and the person of the company were in bad faith in trying to make us believe that the swimming pool was in this state all the time, that it is us who just wished to have a reduction !! They gave us an ultimatum: Either we take our deposit back and we go Either we pay and we stay all week with a pool in the same condition. No other solution was offered to us !! Exasperated, we got our deposit back and we ended up on the street !! We had to sleep in our car (with 4 children !!). To avoid absolutely !!
