★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure why this says it's closed but we were there yesterday and the name of the business on my receipt says Casa de pasto do Algarve. Anyway the food was so so and service was very slow despite the fact we were only one of 2 customers. But it's a cute location and you get to people watch and sit outside. But I would not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice evening chatting with host considering it was just me and my husband and another couple in the restaurant all evening he had plenty of time to talk football etc. I ordered a glass of wine to be told it came in half bottles only, at eight euro, and as I was not particularly hungry ordered some prawns also. The wine was fine as was the small (starter portion) of prawns. My husband had a stake and glass of beer. When we went to pay, it was cash only and the bill was made up on out paper table cloth. I was charged eight euros for the half bottle of wine and Twenty Euros for the portion of prawns, they weren't even King size! Definitely very poor value for money... and no receipt. I will not be going back and would not recommend this restaurant. Such a shame when up to now Olhao resturants we've superbe. Definitely left a sour taste. Now I know why this resturants was so quiet.

It is a nice place for Lunch.
Dishes are large enough and not expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly very bad Service, expensive food compared to the price and all in all it doesn’t feel like a good experience. The food was prepared very carelessly, long waiting times and you have the feeling that you‘re not welcome. definitely not a recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please work on your service! Long waiting hours, incompetent waitress (they really ignored us) and small portions for it’s price compare to all the much better restaurants around you. I normally rather don’t write a feedback when it’s bad but in this case I’m just mad about our waisted time, money and good vibes.
