★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieres huir de sitios turísticos y comer en un típico restaurante para Portugueses éste es tu sitio. La amabilidad de las mujeres que lo regentan es increible. Siempre hay unos 5 o 6 platos a elegir. Todo riquísimo.
 If you want to escape from tourist sites and eat in a typical restaurant for Portuguese, this is your place. The kindness of the women who run it is incredible. There are always about 5 or 6 dishes to choose from. All delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem grande hipótese de escolha. Algumas pessoas sem máscara. Sem imperial, apenas cerveja Sagres. Para os miúdos, só Coca-Cola ou sumol de garrafa de1;5l. Apesar disto pagamos apenas 6€ por pessoa em menu. Prato+bebida+pão e azeitonas, sobremesa e café. Atendimento simpático.
No big choice. Some people without a mask. No imperial, just Sagres beer. For giblets, just Coca-Cola or juice from a 1.5l bottle. Despite this, we only paid €6 per person for the menu. Dish+drink+bread and olives, dessert and coffee. Friendly service.

For 6 euros you have everything, quality dish, drink, dessert, coffee and digestive. Perfect canteen I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back for first visit after Covid reopening. If anything it is better than ever. Had the Dourado.. my wife had the sardines. Absolutely terrific. Simple Portuguese cooking at it's best with a welcoming smile. Very busy restaurant. Serves a complete meal (bread, olives, wine, choice of main course, dessert and coffee for only €6. Meat, fish, chicken and pasta selection. Food is very good and service is fast and friendly. Good WiFi and clean washrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommendation from our host to eat the sea bream here as a great value menu. And what tip it was. The fish was perfectly done with parley and lots of garlic on top. Very friendly lady serving and the price/quality balance can't be beaten.
