★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite a minha experiência nesta instituição foi péssima infelizmente o meu pai esteve nesta instituição cerca de 4 semanas a primeira vez que visitei o meu pai encontreio fechado num quarto despido destapado e o quarto imundo cheio de compressas e adesivos e luvas no chão quando entrei acompanhado pelo médico e 2 enfermeiras e a minha família o medméd disse me que não era normal acontecer o que aconteceu de seguida marquei uma reunião com a diretora onde me pediram imensas desculpas 3 semanas depois ligaram me para ter uma reunião com a minha família onde me disseram que o meu pai era um doente de cuidados paliativos em fase terminal.meu pai desde que entrou nessa instituição piorou e chegou ao hospital de santa Maria com infeção respiratória perda de sangue e muito desidratado.retrocedeu no processo .
 Good evening my experience at this institution was very bad unfortunately my father was in this institution about 4 weeks the first time I visited my father I found closed in a naked room uncovered and the filthy room full of compresses and stickers and gloves on the floor when I joined accompanied by the doctor and 2 nurses and my family the medméd told me that it was not normal to happen what happened next I arranged a meeting with the director where they asked me immense apologies 3 weeks later they called me to have a meeting with my family where they told me that my father was a patient of end-stage palliative care. My father since entering this institution worsened and arrived at the hospital of Santa Maria with respiratory infection loss of blood and very dehydrated. He returned in the process.
