 Cozy place, quiet and with all the sympathy and simplicity of Mrs. Mary, who kindly received us and also showed us the looms and her beautiful works, done with mastery and perfection. Definitely a place to come back / revisit !!!

D. Maria is the best hostess. Received us very well, as if we were at home. The jobs you perform on your loom are beautiful. Wonderful stay.

Maria was super friendly and very welcoming. The house is a marvel. Very clean and not lacking at all. The decor is very good. D. Maria's work on the looms is divine! Beautiful! I advise you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo vivamente. Um sitio calmo, ideal para familias com crianças. A D. Maria muito simpática e atenciosa explicou e demonstrou como trabalhar com os teares, as crianças ficaram encantadas. Tem a churrasqueira para fazer umns excelentes grelhados.
I strongly recommend it. A quiet place, ideal for families with children. Dona Maria, very friendly and helpful, explained and demonstrated how to work with the looms, the children were delighted. It has the barbecue to make an excellent grill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot describe the hospitality as we were received in Miss Maria house. Myself and my family could not ask for better place to stay. The house was not very...!! but "super" clean, very well located, we had everything that we need to cook (even fresh vegetables and fruit) from Miss Maria back yard that was always very helpful. Travelling with 2 children (2 & 4) it's very difficult to have one piece of cloths clean! Luckily Miss Maria give has a big hand with this. The balcony of one of the main rooms and the living room have an incredible sight seen of the mountain. I've never felt so at home like i did in this place, invites you to stay longer that was suppose and when you leave you've got selfish attitude to keep this place secret and be always for you to book. Like everything it's all about the people and the simplicity and the attention to detail of Miss Maria say it all. unfortunately i only have 5 stars to rate it. ** Do not forget to ask to show her traditional loom machine (a Portuguese tradition that its vanish with the modern times).** Thank you Miss Maria
