★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food regional to Madeira Island. I am a returning customer. Always start with gin with passion fruit, accompanied by hot Bolo do Caco bread served with garlic butter. Then you have a fairly good choice of fish and meat dishes. My favourites are Tuna and veal skew, that they hand on the table and let butter drible slowly over it. My favourite desserts are passion fruit pudin and coffee with Madeira wine pudin. The staff is always nice.

Everytime again well prepared and served.
The only thing I could say about this restaurant is that it could use an update on the interior

The dishes are very good plenty of flavor, but... Extremely low quantities for big prices.
Once you finally get a seat at the table, the service is relatively fast, but the waiting for a table is a time consuming dreadfully experiênce.
In conclusion: a) good dishes, b) long time waiting for a seat, c) very expensive considering the d) small quantity of food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty meat and definitely a fulfilling meal. Service was good. We tried the madeirense meat and the tuna. The tuna was a bit dry but the meat was really good. They come in big skeweres and they hang it on the table.
