It only opens at 4 pm, they inform you of its existence and that you should visit, but the time is only known when you arrive at the door.

Relatively small museum but with a long history to tell. Afonso Lopes Vieira House Museum, well located and in a good state of conservation, has a collection of significant relevance, and a preponderant patrimonial value, I advise you to visit this important collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale a pena saber sobre este homem e ver a casa. A senhora da segurança era muito entusiasmada e devia ser contratada como guia. Pouco divulgado ainda. Leituras encenadas no verão são muito boa ideia.
It's worth knowing about this man and seeing the house. The security lady was very enthusiastic and should be hired as a guide. Little publicized yet. Readings staged in the summer are a very good idea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a visit. Such an interesting socialist who left an amazing legacy to the poor. Donated the house to the council on the condition that it was used for underprivileged children to visit the seaside each summer. Something which still happens today. Not a long visit but for €1.50 worth looking at. Lovely chapel and amazing seaside views.
