Casa no Sol

Casa no Sol is on the ground floor of the small Ponta Grande Carvoeiro complex. Well presented, light and spacious apartment - renovated to a good standard throughout. It is one of 17 apartments with mature gardens, situated in a tranquil location on a private condominium which creates a safe environment for the whole family.

Situated in Sesmarias, which is in the county of Lagoa and only a few minutes from Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. It is close to a number of beaches with the closest beach only a short 4-minute drive away. It is conveniently situated and very close to the A22 motorway making it easy to travel in all directions

On the entrance to the apartment, you will see a bright Dining/Lounge area with a table and 4 chairs, an L-shaped sofa and is perfect for up to 4 people. There is a TV with a good selection of channels, an iPhone Bose speaker for you enjoyment. There are two spacious bedrooms, the double bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds with fitted wardrobes. There is a recently renovated bathroom with a shower.

The lounge opens up on the South West facing terrace with a table and chairs and, the terrace looks out onto the pool and it´s perfect for relaxation. The Kitchen is newly renovated and we have worked hard to make sure it has everything to create that home from home feel so our guests have everything they need for a self-catering holiday.

The pool is a lovely area with loungers, there is a separate children's section in the 3 tier pool 

The apartment offers off-street parking, high-speed fibre internet access, cable TV, use of the swimming pool. For the golf enthusiasts, there are several golf courses very close by
