Atendimento pouco simpático e não tendo o produto que preciso também não apresentam outra solução a não ser seja eu mesma a perguntar se há outra solução. Por exemplo, dirigi-me à loja para comprar fio para corta e cose e a resposta que tive foi: Não temos. Só temos estes dois. Tive de ser eu a perguntar quando teriam novamente. A resposta que tive foi: não sabemos. Outro exemplo: Quando me dirigi com o objective de comprar botoes vermelhos médios e levei um como exemplo a resposta imediata que tive foi - Não temos. Após pedido para verificar o que tinham acabamos por encontrar uma solução.. Comprei uma tesoura e algumas semanas depois percebi que a tesoura que me tinham vendido era para a mão esquerda. Não fui trocar pois não trouxe talão e já tinha passado algum tempo. Fico com a ideia de que o carro que está estacionado à porta num local para peões é o carro dos proprietários da loja. De facto é uma área de dificil estacionamento mas em cima do passeio não é local de estacionamento. A loja tem potencial e tem bastantes produtos mas o atendimento é um pouco preguiçoso e um sorriso e um bom dia ficam sempre bem. Vou continuar a frequentar assim que tenha necessidade mas até ao momento este estabelecimento não tem sido de todo uma mais valia, Unfortunately, and after going to the store 4 or 5 times for different reasons, the opinion I have is very bad. After asking to check what they had we ended up finding a solution .. I bought a pair of scissors and a few weeks later I realized that the scissors they had sold me were for the left hand. I didn’t change because I didn’t bring a receipt and it had been a while. I get the idea that the car that is parked at the door in a pedestrian spot is the car of the store owners. In fact it is a difficult parking area but on the sidewalk there is no parking place. The store has potential and has a lot of products but the service is a little lazy and a smile and a good day are always good. I will continue to attend as soon as I have a need, but so far this establishment has not been an asset at all,
