★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento amplio, limpio, y con las cosas en buen estado, no perfecto, pequeños porches pero suficiente, y zona común bien cuidada, con pequeña piscina y barbacoa, en buen estado. Habitaciones con aire acondicionado.
Lo peor, está justo al lado de la carrera con mucho tráfico mucho ruido de tráfico.
Spacious, clean apartment, with things in good condition, not perfect, small porches but enough, and well-kept common area, with small pool and barbecue, in good condition. Rooms with air conditioning.
The worst, it is right next to the race with a lot of traffic a lot of traffic noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À éviter... plus que bruyant. Nous y avons séjourné 6 jours pour les vacances : encore plus fatigués qu'en arrivant ! Entre un chien qui aboie et qui fait ses besoins à côté de la piscine, ou un groupe de locataires très bruyant. La chambre est très mal isolée, vous entendrez toutes les activités de vos voisins! Les équipements sont hors d'usage (porte du frigo qui tombe, bouilloire cassée...) ! Deux points positifs : la propreté irréprochable et l'emplacement.
Avoid ... more than noisy. We stayed there 6 days for the holidays: even more tired than when we arrived! Between a barking dog who does his business by the pool, or a group of very noisy tenants. The room is very poorly insulated, you will hear all the activities of your neighbors! The equipment is out of order (fridge door falling, kettle broken ...)! Two positive points: the impeccable cleanliness and the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm and confortable place. Very clean, spacious, and confortable room called "room with pool views". The room had everything; AC, a little kitchen with a fridge, queen bed, and a terrace. The common area has a swimming pool, bbq and garden. Very calm and nice. The landlord was very nice with us. We will come back for sure!
