Por dentro está nuevo, decorado con cosas de Ikea, muy limpio y cómodo.
La situación es buena, muy centrico, se puede llegar andando a casi todas partes.
Dude si ponerle un 3 por lo feo del edificio y alrededores.
From the outside it is a horrible building, and those that are around ... some in a dilapidated state, others with works ...
Inside is new, decorated with Ikea things, very clean and comfortable.
The situation is good, very central, you can walk almost everywhere.
I hesitated to give it a 3 because of the ugliness of the building and surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena ubicación, fácil de llegar a cualquier punto. La casa muy práctica, funcional y cómoda. Amplia. Repetiría sin dudas. Y si necesitas parking tienes al lado el de Trindade, con una opción de 72 h por 20 euros (muchísimo mejor y más barato que en la calle).
Good location, easy to get to any point. The house very practical, functional and comfortable. Broad. I would repeat without hesitation. And if you need parking you have next to Trindade, with a choice of 72 h for 20 euros (much better and cheaper than on the street).
