Em primeiro lugar, adjudiquei uma casa de Jardim em Fevereiro de 2020 e apenas efectuaram a montagem em Novembro 2020 após eu ter recorrido ao meu advogado! Não atendiam as chamadas nem respondiam aos emails. Depois de instalarem a estrutura, o telhado não era igual ao adjudicado... Depois, passado 30 dias de estar tudo instalado o chão levantou todo.... Foram tratar do problema do chão mas entretanto ficou todo podre. Dizem que a culpa é do cliente porque a lage não estava feita como deve ser, ,mas para além do contacto para se fazer a laje ter sido dado pelas Casas do Ambiente, se não estava bem, não tinham montado a casa! Não tinha que ser eu a ver se estava bem a laje ou não. Agora dizem que não se responsabilizam e que não accionam a garantia. Não aconselho a ninguém esta empresa. Vou partir para as instâncias legais para mais uma vez tentar resolver este problema. Escrevo estas palavras para que mais ninguem seja enganado como eu fui e não vivam o mesmo pesadelo que eu. Vejam as fotos de como se encontra o chão. I do not advise this company to anyone. Firstly, I awarded a garden house in February 2020 and they only did the assembly in November 2020 after I turned to my lawyer! They did not answer calls or respond to emails. After installing the structure, the roof was not the same as the one awarded ... Then, 30 days after everything was installed, the floor was raised ... They went to deal with the floor problem, but in the meantime it was all rotten. They say that it is the customer's fault because the slab was not done as it should be, but in addition to the contact for making the slab, it was given by Casas do Ambiente, if it was not well, they had not assembled the house! It didn't have to be me to see if the slab was fine or not. Now they say that they are not responsible and that they do not activate the guarantee. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I will go to the legal authorities to try to solve this problem once again. I write these words so that no one else will be deceived as I was and do not live the same nightmare as me.
