★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zmarnowany projekt.Wyjątkowa lokalizacja, obecnie trwają prace budowlane i jeżeli zostaną ukończone tak jak to pokazuje deweloper to... straci potencjał.
Projekt nawiązujący do ciężkich murów twierdzy przygniata tę dzisiaj wyjątkową działkę. Poniosło architekta , zabrakło patrzenia poprzez wygodę mieszkańców i wykorzystanie atutów przestrzeni wokoło. Zamiast tego stawiana jest tu monumentalna bryła, która świetnie się sprawdzi ale raczej na fiordach Norwegii. Niestety architekt okazał brak polotu i praktycznego spojrzenia. Budynki są na ukończeniu i wyglada to że nie pasuje do tego miejsca. Brak tarasów w takiej lokalizacji to kompromitacja. Widok z okna gornych lokalizacji super, niestety orientacja wschodnio/zachodnia to chłodne apartamenty co super latem ale zimą zbyt zimno
A wasted project. An exceptional location, construction works are currently underway and if they are completed as shown by the developer ... it will lose its potential.
The design alluding to the heavy walls of the fortress overwhelms this unique plot of land today. The architect was overwhelmed, there was no way of looking through the comfort of the residents and the use of the advantages of the surrounding space. Instead, a monumental body is placed here, which will work great, but rather in the fjords of Norway. Unfortunately, the architect showed a lack of panache and practical outlook. The buildings are nearing completion and it doesn't look like this place. The lack of terraces in such a location is a disgrace. The view from the window of the upper locations is great, unfortunately the east / west orientation is cool apartments, which is great in summer but too cold in winter
