Olvide unas gafas de sol y llame al hotel cuando me encontraba a 30 km del mismo, una empleada del hotel me aseguro que estaban allí, que no me diese la vuelta, me las enviarían sin problema. Por lo visto las gafas las enviaron por correo ordinario sin ningún registro y a saber si las enviaron o no , o se extraviaron en correos, al ser correo ordinario no se puede rastrear. Finalmente no voy a recuperar las gafas. 150 euros tirados a la basura por la irresponsabilidad de esta gente. El único hotel del mundo que si olvidas tus pertenencias te las pierden. Y además no contestan a mi llamadas ni mensajes. No vayáis nunca a este hotel. Soy viajero habitual y nunca tuve ningún problema en ningún sitio . I was staying at this hotel from August 8-11. I forgot some sunglasses and called the hotel when I was 30 km from it, a hotel employee assured me that they were there, that I did not turn around, they would send them to me without problem. Apparently the glasses were sent by ordinary mail without any registration and to know if they were sent or not, or were lost in the post office, since it is ordinary mail it cannot be traced. I'm not finally going to get the glasses back. 150 euros thrown away due to the irresponsibility of these people. The only hotel in the world that if you forget your belongings they will be lost. And also they do not answer my calls or messages. Never go to this hotel. I am a regular traveler and never had a problem anywhere.
