★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hartelijke ontvangst, zeer mooie en ruime villa, verzorgd en proper, zeer gebruiksvriendelijk en voorzien van alle comfort. Dichtbij autostrade, dus een goede uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen.
Villa's zijn zo gelegen dat het zwembad dichtbij is, en per villa toch de nodige privacy is voorzien. Saõ Martinho do Porto is een gezellige badplaats, maar ook in de omgeving zijn tal van leuke uitstappen te doen. We hebben heel erg genoten van Obidos (gezellig en idyllisch), Lissabon, Peniche, Berlenga eilanden (hoewel deze laatste uitstap in verhouding redelijk duur was). Zé da Genia (lokaal en typisch Portugees restaurantje) was zeer lekker. Men sprak geen letter Engels, maar met Google translate kom je al een heel eind. Aandachtspuntje: het water van het zwembad was redelijk frisjes en mocht naar onze mening iets properder zijn … er lag nogal veel zand op de bodem. En de grillsets bij de BBQ waren ook niet heel erg proper.
Warm welcome, very nice and spacious villa, well-kept and clean, very user-friendly and equipped with every comfort. Close to the motorway, so a good base for exploring the region.
Villas are situated in such a way that the swimming pool is close by, and yet the necessary privacy is provided for each villa. Saõ Martinho do Porto is a pleasant seaside resort, but there are also plenty of nice excursions in the area. We enjoyed Obidos (cozy and idyllic), Lisbon, Peniche, Berlenga islands (although this last trip was relatively expensive). Zé da Genia (local and typical Portuguese restaurant) was very tasty. They didn't speak English, but with Google translate you can go a long way. Point of attention: the water from the pool was fairly cool and we thought it could be a bit cleaner ... there was a lot of sand on the bottom. And the grill sets at the BBQ were also not very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas Fruta was voor ons een heerlijke thuisbasis voor tripjes langs en om de Zilverkust. Een prachtige omgeving, veel privacy, een zwembad en een huisje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Wat wil je nog meer? Een leuke gastvrouw en gastheer? Ook die waren aanwezig! Een aanrader voor iedereen die dit deel van Portugal wil ontdekken.
Onze week had maar één nadeel: het was maar een week...
Casas Fruta was a wonderful home base for us for trips along and around the Silver Coast. Beautiful surroundings, lots of privacy, a swimming pool and a house that is fully equipped. What else do you want? A nice hostess and host? They were also present! A must for anyone who wants to discover this part of Portugal.
Our week had only one drawback: it was only a week ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad bij Casas Fruta. Wij verbleven een week in het huisje Casa Nêspera. Het huisje was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De fijne tuin, met zwembad, maken van Casas Fruta een ideale uitvalsbasis om de Zilverkust van Portugal te ontdekken: prachtige stranden (Nazare, Peniche, Foz de Arelho, ...), leuke steden (Obidos, Leiria, ...) en nog veel meer. Een aanrader!
We had a wonderful holiday at Casas Fruta. We stayed for a week in the house Casa Nêspera. The cottage was clean and fully equipped. The lovely garden, with swimming pool, make Casas Fruta an ideal base to discover the Silver Coast of Portugal: beautiful beaches (Nazare, Peniche, Foz de Arelho, ...), nice cities (Obidos, Leiria, ...) and much more. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhemos as Casas Fruta pela sua localização pacata e piscina privada, para uns dias de descanso e mais recatados. Objectivo cumprido. Tratamos de tudo com a Iris que foi sempre muito disponível e rápida a responder a todas as questões. A casa é ótima, com todas as condições, moderna e a apenas 10 minutos de carro da praia/marginal e zonas de restauração. Adoramos!
We chose Casas Fruta for its quiet location and private pool, for a few days of rest and more privacy. Objective accomplished. We take care of everything with Iris who was always very available and quick to answer all questions. The house is great, with all conditions, modern and only 10 minutes drive from the beach / marginal and restaurants. We love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Casas Fruta for a week and loved our stay there. It's in a perfect location to get to all the highlights in the surrounding area, whether you want to go to the coast or hinterland and it's fantastic to come back to a lovely cool swimming pool after a day of exploring. Our holiday house was clean an well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond, really recommend!
